Emma & Patrick
Emma got in contact with me during lock down to discuss her wedding dress ideas. Emma was based in Australia at the time, and was planning to return to the UK for her wedding in September the following year. The wedding was to take place at Kew Gardens we did two virtual appointments to discuss Emma ideas and vision for her wedding dress.
Once I gathered all of Emma's ideas I began the process of designing her bespoke wedding dress. Once I completed some design ideas for Emma she decided to go ahead, we then began sourcing fabrics for Emma's wedding dress. Emma wanted a 3D floral tulle so we went with a floaty fabric silk satin underlay. Which we went away & sourced for Emma.
Emma's dress was unstructured her bodice had a tie detail on the shoulders. The bridal dress has a front side slit with a built in train at the back of the wedding dress. Perfect for her wedding at Kew Gardens.
Emma arrived in the UK in February this year. We began her wedding dress fittings process. Emma attended two calico fittings at our West London bridal studio in Acton. Which we were then able to perfect the cut and fit of her calico toile (mock up version) of Emma's wedding dress design. Once Emma was happy with the cut & fit of her wedding dress her bridal gown was made in her chosen fabric.
Emma was absolutely thrilled with her wedding dress!! "Its so gorgeous and I felt so amazing all day"
